I’m not sure if my order has processed?
If you think something went wrong when submitting the order or have not recieved an invoice within 24 hours, get in contact with us first before placing a new order. Send us an email at email@example.com and we’ll be happy to assist you.
I am missing an item?
We will notify you with an indication on the invoice if an item is missing. If you haven’t received notification from us, please send your details to our team at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll figure out a solution.
Do you provide International delivery?
No but we will soon ship out to international customers in the coming weeks.
